Celeste is a unique blend of knowledge on 100% software-based RAN and NTN. Our team consists of members who have contributed to development and deployments in commercial MNO terrestrial networks, as well as members who have been at the forefront of NTN design, implementation and standardization.

  • Founded in 2024, Celeste emerged from the convergence of 15+ years of industry experience and academic expertise, with the mission of delivering a carrier-grade 5G solution to make our vision a reality.
  • Rapidly growing since inception, our team has built strong relationships and partnerships across the NTN ecosystem, collaborating with ESA, industry players, and universities.
  • Since November 2024, Celeste has been part of the Galaxia Venture Capital portfolio, a space-focused VC within the CDP Italian Governmental Venture Capital network.
